2025 Raiderettes Auditions

The Raiders are searching for enthusiastic and talented candidates for their renowned public relations and entertainment team - The Raiderettes.

Become a part of the prestigious Raiders organization by auditioning for the 2025 Raiderettes professional cheerleading team. Raiderettes auditions will be held in Las Vegas, NV for the 2025 football season. If selected to be a member of the team, your duties as a Raiderette will require you to attend all home games in Las Vegas, as well as appearances throughout Nevada, which may require traveling. Audition information

Deadlines

The deadline for submitting applications for the Raiderettes Auditions is 3/24/25 at 10:00 am.

Then Raiderettes Open Casting Call, which is a video submission, is scheduled for April 1st. Applicants will receive video choreography instructions on March 25th at 10:00 am and are required to submit their videos by April 1st at 10:00 a.m. for consideration for semi-finals. Notification emails for those advancing to the semi-finals will be sent on April 14th. Semi-Finals, spanning from April 29th to May 1st, will culminate in the Finals on May 4th, 2025, during which the 2025-2026 Raiderettes team will be revealed.

Preparation

Auditions include an evaluation of dance ability, and public speaking and overall presentation. Be prepared to share your enthusiasm and showcase your personality. We will be offering prep classes prior to auditions. To register for our prep clinics, visit raiderettesthestudio.com/events.

Basic Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older by the date of Preliminary Auditions.You must be available to attend all home games, special appearances throughout the season, and all team practices. Practices are three to four times a week and begin immediately following Final Auditions:

May-January
Tuesday 6:30-10:00 p.m.
Wednesday 6:30-10:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00-10:30 a.m.
Additional rehearsals for special events

You must be able to attend all photo shoots, media days, minicamp, and rehearsals.If selected as a Raiderette, you may not cheer for any other professional or collegiate team.

Judging

Judging is based on poise, personality, talent, and dance ability.

  • You must pre-register for participation in the audition process.
  • Recommended attire for Preliminaries is athletic attire, appropriate workout outfit, or dance attire.
  • Employment as a Raiderette is part-time, less than 30 hours per week.
  • Raiderettes are paid for all game days, rehearsals, appearances, and events, as well as any applicable overtime.
