Bio: Minter joined the Chargers in 2024 after two seasons as defensive coordinator at the University of Michigan under Jim Harbaugh. Under Minter, the 2025 Chargers defense ranked fifth in total defense. At Michigan, he coordinated the nation’s top defense in 2023, allowing just 247.0 yards per game on the way to a national championship. Across his two‑year tenure there, his units ranked second nationally in total defense.
