Bio: Kubiak is in the fifth season with the 49ers and first as the team’s offensive coordinator. In 2025, he directed a 49ers offense that ranked seventh in total offense (351.4 yards per game) and fifth in passing offense (244.5 ypg). His unit also helped power San Francisco to a playoff berth. Kubiak previously served as the team’s offensive passing game specialist in 2024, assistant quarterbacks coach from 2022–23 and defensive quality control coach in 2021.
