Bio: Hafley joined the Packers as defensive coordinator in 2024 after four seasons as head coach at Boston College. In his first NFL season with Green Bay, he helped engineer one of the league’s most improved units, finishing fifth in total defense (314.5 yards per game), sixth in scoring defense (19.9 points per game), seventh in run defense (99.4 yards per game), and fourth in takeaways (31). Before arriving in Green Bay, Hafley guided Boston College to a No. 3 national ranking in passing defense in 2021.
