Bio: Joe Brady is in his second full season as the Bills offensive coordinator. Under Brady in 2025, Buffalo scored 481 points (28.3 per game) and finished fourth in the NFL in total offense (376.3 ypg). In his first full season with Buffalo as OC, the Bills averaged 30.9 points per game, and Josh Allen was named NFL MVP. Prior to arriving in Buffalo, Brady spent two seasons (2020-21) as the Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator.
