The Raiders announced Klint Kubiak as Head Coach of the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday, February 9, 2026. Kubiak enters his 13th season in the NFL and 17th overall in the coaching ranks, joining the Silver and Black after serving as the offensive coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks' 2025 Championship campaign.
